Engine Work

This class looks to build up our ‘engine’ – our body. It utilises aerobic, high intensity, short interval training, often using cardio conditioning equipment (i.e. treadmill, airbike, skr-erg, rower). Guaranteed to be a ‘sweat-fest’!
