Our Strength & Conditioning classes focus on various movements such as plyometrics, speed, agility, mobility, core stability, whilst incorporating strength work and weight training. We coach you to perform the exercises in a safe manner and in various ways to help with your basic strength. If you want to improve all round strength, learn how to perform these movements safely or more effectively in order to use heavier weights then you’ll be in for a treat.
