Powerlifting looks at the deadlift, squat and bench press. We also include pull ups as we coach these strength exercises in a safe manner and in various ways to help with your basic strength. If you want to improve all round strength, learn how to perform these safely or more effectively in order to use heavier weights then you’ll be in for a treat. We don’t train to compete in powerlifting but can coach for that individually, but in our classes we coach and work on excellent technique.
