Weight Training

A session led by our super coaches getting you to workout using different types of resistance to help build up your strength and activate your muscle groups. This will help improve your posture, bone density and muscle tissue which in return helps burn plenty of calories at rest. Be coached how to perform each exercise and get the most out of weight training by being shown safely and most efficiently to get the most out of your workout.
